Why 90 days? +
Ninety days is the minimum window in which we can redraw the nervous system, rebuild the habit architecture, and produce visible biomarker change without pushing you into burnout. Shorter is theatre. Longer is coasting.
Do I need to already be fit? +
No. We work with complete beginners and international athletes. What you need is willingness — the readiness to look at every variable honestly, including the ones that haven't worked before. The plan adapts. The standard doesn't.
Is coaching in-person or remote? +
Both. Weekly calibration is on video. Your portal messaging runs 9am–9pm daily — your coach replies personally, not a chatbot. Quarterly in-person intensives are available in London, NYC, and Dubai as an optional add-on.
How much does it cost? +
£19.99 per month, or £179.99 for a full year (saves you 25% — about two months free). One plan, everything included: your coach, weekly calibration, full portal access, and the 90-day diagnostic programme. No tiers, no upsells.
What happens after the 90 days? +
Most clients stay on — your £19.99/month (or £179.99/year) membership simply rolls. You keep your coach, your portal, and your full history. Cancel any time after the first 90 days, no penalty. You're never dropped. You're also never dependent.
Can I cancel at any time? +
After your initial 90-day minimum, yes — any time, no penalty. Before that we ask you to stay the course. Ninety days is where the compounding happens, and we've structured everything around you reaching that point.
How do I apply? +
